" Our Developmental and Instructional TEAM Programs Bond Strength and Conditioning
with Sport Specific Skill Training to Maximize Athletic Performance. "
Millhouse AEP Baseball Instructional Training Team Programs
"Our Developmental and Instructional TEAM Programs focus on three factors."

1. Improving Strength and overall Conditioning

(Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, and Nutrition)

2. Improving Individual Baseball skill performance through proper Instruction and repetition

(Pitching, Hitting, Fielding, Baserunning, Throwing mechanics and arm strength)

3. Improving Team/Individual Competitive game Play with proper Instruction

(Team Defense, Team Offense, Game play and live situations)
"We emphasize all 3 factors with equal importance to improve Team/Individual performance."
Please take time to read the following information on our "Team Philosophy" and "Program Purpose"
Our program is designed to maximize EACH individuals performance levels with the emphasis on 2 things 1.) Baseball skill level 2.)Physical strength and conditioning enhancement
The basis for our philosophy is constructed from strong experience which is supported by extensive credibility from those who not only played the game of baseball at a high level but also have coached at that same level. Those are the facts. Our instructors are simply the very best, and we all work to improve each year with the humbling understanding that NO one instructor has all the answers. There is always room to grow and learn no matter who you are, or how good you are.
Our job is to create opportunity for each individual who commits to our program through the development of each athlete, which is a process that takes patience, time, and unselfishness from both Parent and Player.
As with any team, from little league to the major leagues, there will be different skill levels on each team. Some are better than others that's just the way ALL sports teams are no matter what level of play. That doesn't mean that the kid who struggles early doesn't pass up the best kid on the team in years to come through potential, hard work, and dedication. That is DEVELOPMENT. Many parents, players, and coaches are unrealistic to think that every kid on every team should be a superstar, that is simple not the case on any team.
We do PLAY to WIN, because winning is development, but does have some parameters. If the individual improves, the team will benefit no doubt about it. This process takes time. One thing we will not do is sacrifice the development of an individual just to win any one game.
Players need to learn to play other positions besides their best position which can make the team more susceptible to failure which can lead to some losses. This is part of the process. We don't care about winning every game, we do our job and that is make each player better. The individual improves then he gets more opportunity down the road, which can change a life. That has been proven each year with our program and that's what we strive for.
The Fall program is a time for detailed instruction and repetition which leads to development of each individual player preparing them for our Spring/Summer teams. We play to win but it is not our main focus. ***The fall team is NOT the same team as the spring/summer team. These programs are separate and will not fill the same rosters. We are constantly evaluating the kids and placing them in the best possible situation to benefit them and the program.
The spring/summer program has different levels of purpose. Early in the winter and spring we continue to focus on the individual development through baseball repetition with strength and conditioning programs. Once mid season hits the wins normally start to come understanding that now the individual development has turned into team success.
We push to finish each season as strong as possible giving our teams every opportunity to win each game. The finish is what we work for all year long and we expect it to be Strong. I just want to make sure we all are very clear on the Millhouse programs and we thank you for taking the time to read this information and the opportunity to work with your children.
